Perched on stilts over the Negombo Lagoon, we buy the day's catch directly from local fishermen each morning. Choose your seafood from the ice display, tell us how you'd like it — grilled, curried, devilled, or in a coconut sambol — and we'll cook it fresh. Signature dishes: chilli crab, lagoon prawn curry, and whole grilled seer fish. Sunset views included.
